An opportunity for a journalist to join a B2B publisher covering the global healthcare & life sciences industry. As a journalist within the newsroom you’ll research and write daily news stories for the website and daily news bulletin. As well as writing longer form news articles for the website and print magazine. In order to understand what’s happening in the global healthcare & life sciences industry you will develop contacts across the industry, 
including with PR professionals. You will also attend international trade fairs and exhibitions so that you can keep on top of current technological and scientific developments.

Journalist : Key candidate criteria

  • Experience of generating, researching, & writing news stories
  • Ability to interview a wide section of people – from scientists through to CEOs
  • NCTJ accreditation or similar level of journalism qualification
  • Working knowledge of media law, for example copyright and libel laws

You’ll be joining a highly respected and long established B2B publishing house as a Journalist working alongside colleagues in a busy newsroom. You will also get to work with colleagues in Design, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Events.
