Finding the right shot to illustrate your story can be tough, especially if you’re just starting out. So, we’d like to help, and are building a free to use news image library for people using the pictures for non-profits.
So, as long as you’re not using our pictures to make money, you’re free to use any of our picture with a credit and URL back to the site. So, if you’re a student newspaper, looking to use them on a non-profit publication, or need some pictures to fill up your blog or portfolio website, go right ahead, no questions asked.
We’ll be updating the library every week with new high-quality shots from newsy worth events or locations across the country, so keep checking back to see what we’ve updated.
If you’re a freelancer looking to use something as part of a pitch, or a publication who wants to use a shot, simply drop us a line on firstname.lastname@example.org – we offer competitive rates for commercial uses, and all the money goes straight back to Journo Resources.
We also know we don’t have everything yet, and we probably won’t do anytime soon, so also recommend these great sites for more free to use imagery:
