About The Job

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Media and Clearance Assistant to work within our busy Archive and Media team. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent organisation and communication skills, have an exceptional eye for detail and be able to work to tight deadlines.

They should be able to work confidently with spreadsheets, and ideally have experience working with footage and stills in a media environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing clearance logs
  • Inputting rights information and data
  • Updating spreadsheets / trackers
  • Creating music cue sheets
  • Keywording footage
  • Recording credit information

Key skills:

  • Confidence using Excel and Gsheets
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Interpreting BBC PASCs or other rights reporting documents would be an advantage but not essential
  • Experience working with stock photography and footage sources

Experience:

A minimum of 12 months in a similar role
