The Society of Editors is seeking a paid intern to work on its diversity and inclusion resource hub. The intern will assist in producing a digital reference guide to assist those currently working in journalism, or aspiring to enter a career in the media.

The role will include undertaking research, writing copy, liaising with D&I charities and other organisations, and assisting with creative content for the website.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Excellent research skills
  • A keen interest in diversity and inclusion
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Understanding of website software such as WordPress is desirable but not essential.

This is an internship working remotely for up to 3 months, paid at the Living Wage.
