Lynchpin Media has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic content creator to join our rapidly growing team.

The role will involve creating and managing a range of content including written, video and market research that align with client messaging, as well as working with the marketing team on internal projects. The role will help to develop and execute the strategic content strategy, to further expand the services offered by the team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Plan and create a range of content for clients as part of their overall campaigns, in line with key messaging
  • Responsibility for ensuring client content is quality-checked and achieves sign-off
  • Assist with the production, management and dissemination of videos and podcasts across multiple platforms including social media
  • Identify opportunities for the strategic content services to work with new clients
  • Work closely with the Director of Strategic Content and wider editorial team to coordinate and track content
  • Attend and present at briefing meetings both internally and externally
  • Assist in the production of reports based on market research
  • Attend industry events
  • Work with the marketing coordinator to promote content, services and other internal activities

Required skills and knowledge:

  • Highly organised
  • Attention to detail is essential and you should be able to manage your own workload as well as communicate clearly to colleagues and customers alike
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail with an eye for grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
  • Be comfortable with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong presentation skills

Desirable but not essential:

  • An interest in technology
  • Experience in journalism, marketing, PR or a related field
  • An interest in business development opportunities

Full time 35 hours per week
