We’re seeking an enthusiastic Marketing & Communication Assistant to join our London-based Marketing & Communications team on a one-year, full-time contract, with a possibility of extension.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in marketing and communications as well as an acumen to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, both corporate and in the wider community. You’ll play a key role in delivering integrated communications campaigns, with a specific focus on managing the publisher onboarding process.

The role requires a basic understanding of CRM systems, although training will be provided. This fixed term position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

As part of this role, you’ll be involved in developing and scheduling social media content, building and managing relationships with various stakeholders, and liaising with specialists from across the organisation to source and produce high-quality content.

Passionate about creative communications, you’ll bring strong attention to detail backed by outstanding organisational skills and an eye for design. This should be complemented by a collaborative working approach, with the confidence to work independently on key tasks.

These activities will all be taking place at an important moment of change for the team, with the search for a new Head of Business Development & Marketing currently underway, as well as exciting product, website and strategy developments on the horizon. As the Marketing & Communication Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and feeding into these plans.
