Looking to hire my own editor.

Hi, my name is Brendan Miller. I make videos about politics and the “ideas behind the news” (think social science – sociology, economics, criminology etc). I’m looking for someone to help me on a part-time, flexible basis with editing my articles and scripts (though no video experience needed). I hope to find someone to discuss ideas with, submit drafts to and get feedback from. (In addition, I also write articles on video journalism and filmmaking. So there might be copy-editing to do on this as well.) It’s not a big volume of work and it will rarely be urgent. I imagine it being it coming in chunks of hours and half-days, rather than anything longer.

If you could let me know what experience you have editing work on these kinds of subjects, or editing generally.
