Title: Email and Content Executive

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum

Contract: 6 months fixed term. Full-time

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Initially home-based, normal base Anthony Nolan Head Office 2 days/week

Background

We’re seeking an Email and Content Executive to support the Website and Email Manager and wider Marketing and Content team. This is a key position within our team as Email Marketing is integral to all activities at Anthony Nolan. We support all teams across the organization to help reach their objectives through Digital Marketing—whether that’s retaining a relationship with existing financial supporters, acquiring new people to sign up to the stem cell register, sending out invitations to charity events or updating our business contacts about new science and research developments. Our emails need to be personal, purposeful and inspiring, ensuring that we offer a joined-up experience that inspires our supporters to take action, provide a frictionless mechanism to do so, and cultivates them to build a deeper relationship with the charity.

Job Profile

As Email and Content Executive, you’ll manage and execute email marketing campaigns to maximise supporter engagement via the email channel. This includes one-off marketing sends, as well as building and optimising supporter journeys for existing and new contacts. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who has proficient email build experience and excellent attention to detail. You’ll be working with a number of different teams with varied objectives, so planning and project management skills are key. As Email and Content Executive you will have good knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms (like DotDigital), email building, reporting, copywriting and the ability to train other employees on email best practice.
