We are looking for a creative Digital Content & Social Media Producer to join our Marketing and Communication team.

The UK’s largest arts centre and one of the UK’s top 10 visitor destinations, Southbank Centre presents a broad programme covering classical and contemporary music, art, performance, dance, literature, festivals and talks. It reaches 6.25 million people a year, and presents over 5,000 events featuring world-class artists from across the globe. Southbank Centre sits in London’s most vibrant cultural quarter on the southern bank of the Thames.

You will create original and engaging content for Southbank Centre’s website and social media channels to help increase our global audience, diversify content and deepen engagement with our online audience.

A creative thinker, you’ll have sound editorial skills and judgement, an eye for aesthetics, excellent attention to detail and a track record of managing successful social media channels and campaigns for a public-facing brand.

You will have a passion for all things social, a proven track record of using social media to drive audience engagement and a flair for producing content in a range of formats such as video, audio, photography  and editorial.

You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience of using key analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Facebook and Instagram Insights. With excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude, you will be able to multi-task in a busy environment and enjoy working as part of a talented team.
