Small Business Britain is the leading champion of small businesses in the UK. Through a series of campaigns, networks, training and reports, we support the 6 million small businesses across the UK aiming to foster growth and increased confidence.
We are looking for a bright team-player to join our communications team, providing support across a range of campaigns and programmes. A key part of this role will involve working in our busy press office, but it will also include involvement in organising events and dealing with stakeholders from government and policy makers, to small businesses themselves and corporate supporters.
You will have a passion for communications and making a difference, and to be able to work independently in a busy, fast paced environment and as part of our fun, close-knit team.
Some experience of working in communications is required and a degree level education is preferred (but not mandatory).
The role is full time, remote/home based in the UK, but with some travel to events across the country.
