Fideres intends to pursue a ground-breaking indirect discrimination group-action claim. We are looking for a candidate who can support us with this project by researching, coordinating and signing-up claimants in order to create the group-action claim.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent investigative, project management and networking skills who would be able to both find and build relationships with local community outreach workers and claimants in order to sign-up claimants and create group action.

This role will be for a fixed term contract period and offers part-time, flexible hours.

Key Accountabilities

  • Investigate and research communities that have been impacted by the discriminatory action
  • Plan and project manage an outreach programme into local communities including: resources required, how and where to reach and recruit them, training needs, coordination etc.
  • Build and nurture authentic community, outreach worker and resident relationships
  • Meet the sign-up targets and KPIs required of the role, with behaviours underpinned by the Fideres values at all times
  • Manage all community communications respectfully, safely and appropriately for all parties
  • Manage the safety and wellbeing of any team members working on this project
  • Responsibility for training any team members working on this project and identifying any ongoing development needs
  • Ensure compliance with any rules and restrictions from the local council or residents associations, and/or any statutory requirements if applicable
  • Comply with Fideres’s policies as well as the project specific guidelines to onboard claimants set out by the legal team
  • Produce monthly progress reports to Fideres and the legal team

  • Proven track record in achieving targets or KPIs in a relevant role
  • Flexible and willing to work occasional evenings and weekends
  • Passionate about supporting local communities to bring issues of financial wrongdoing to light
  • Good organizational and project management skills

About Fideres

Fideres was founded in 2009 out of the financial crisis to investigate corporate misconduct and abuses and is now a provider of economic analysis to law firms and their clients as well as regulators. This can include working alongside law firms, investigating wrongful conduct to allow clients to take action and providing expert testimony at court.

We have been engaged by all major US and UK litigation law firms, governments, and other public-sector entities to assist in numerous high-profile antitrust investigations and private litigation, spanning across several industries and jurisdictions. We have developed innovative modelling techniques for highly complex competition and financial issues, and our work has contributed to a heightened standard of economic evidence in litigation globally, particularly in class action.

Location, Hours and Salary

This role will be based out of our London office with some working from home allowed.  This role will be for a fixed term contract period and offers part-time, flexible hours.  Hours can be agreed on an individual basis.

The full-time equivalent salary for this role will be £30,000 per annum, which will be pro-rated according to the duration of the contract and hours worked.  There will be some flexibility for a higher rate according to experience.
