Law.com International is seeking a tenacious and energetic reporter with the ability to discover scoops as well as write daily breaking news stories and features on the most pressing themes affecting corporate law firms and the wider legal industry. 

Your Duties

  • Discover and write business news stories that shine a light on the world’s largest law firms
  • Develop relationships and speak regularly with law firm partners and leaders through in-person meetings and phone calls
  • Attend law firm events to build contacts, and take part in ALM events which can involve public speaking 

About You

  • You are personable and able to develop strong relationships with individuals working in a high powered, lucrative, and time poor industry
  • You are resilient, able to stand up stories through different means that might include making calls and open-source research
  • You can write quickly and accurately on breaking news stories, and thoughtfully and engagingly on features
  • You are good at working under pressure, especially when it comes to breaking essential stories within a matter of minutes
  • You are a team-player, able to take on tasks to assist others in the team

Law.com International has a network of reporters, correspondents and editors across 13 countries, all of whom are energetic, dynamic, upbeat individuals who work hard on producing excellent off-diary journalism.
