The Role

We’re looking for a versatile Multimedia Editor who’s as comfortable filming and editing a short-form video as they are writing features. You’ll bring a sharp editorial eye, a flair for storytelling, and a deep understanding of how audiences consume content across platforms – especially social. Working closely with our Head of Content, you’ll bring forward-thinking ideas to the team and play a key part of our editorial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit compelling short-form videos for use across social media, site and partner platforms.
  • Research, write and edit high-quality editorial content tailored to a B2B ad tech and marketing tech audience.
  • Own the social narrative: craft posts and visuals that amplify reach and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, design and commercial teams to deliver engaging multimedia packages.
  • Stay on top of industry news and trends to identify opportunities for quick-turnaround content.
  • Monitor content performance and use data to inform future ideas.

 

About You

  • Background in digital media
  • Proven experience in video production – from planning and shooting to editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Capcut etc.)
  • Native understanding of how to tailor content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
  • Sharp writing skills and ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Proactive, collaborative and curious to learn. You don’t have to be an ad tech expert, you’ll receive plenty of training, just be excited by the possibilities and the content you can craft around the subject.
  • Comfortable on camera, on mic and on stage – you’ll host videos, podcasts and panel discussions at industry-leading events.

 

Bonus Points For…

  • On-camera presenting experience
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, native social insights)
  • Experience with live or virtual event content production
